Shay Bollin from Bridgewater-Raynham [Ma.]

Her first game as a frosh...some foul trouble/bench time but 16 points/7 boards/7steals....in a 55-29 win.
HoopGurlz says she is top 25 in her class...6'2". She wears number 33 and the site says she reminds them of
another 33...one Larry Bird.

Scholarship offers at this point? For sure....among them Louisville/Ohio State/Georgia.

Bollin can flat out ball! She is long, a good shooter(has a slight hitch in her jump shot), a tremendous passer, good rebounder, and a solid defender. She is not very athletic, but is a very quick jumper around the rim. She has a great motor and plays really hard, she also plays with great instincts and seems to know where everybody is on the court at all times. She routinely makes "no look" passes, "behind the back" passes, etc. that show her tremendous awareness.

Nice court vision, nice ball handling skills. Her shot starts at her chest but ends in a good place. She's not the fastest on the court, but she has nice feet, soft, quick hands, and good body that has the capability for getting incredibly strong. She has good body control, and is nice off the dribble. She kinda looks like Sam, if Sam hasd better court vision, had better feet, could create for herself and had a better fist step. Okay, not like Sam.
