Got ourselves a space eater. Clog up the center and free up the edges.

Look forward to seeing Gourdine, Evans and now Passmore fill the DL center square in the years after Travis Jones moves on (to the NFL!).

From a Florida Today article on the top rising senior football recruits on the Space Coast (Before UConn offered in May):

-> 10. Timothy Passmore
School: Cocoa
Position: Defensive Lineman
2020 stats: 33 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, 4 quarterback hurries, 1 fumble recovery
Top offer: Colorado State
Cocoa coach Ryan Schneider: "He has violent hands, and he's just a hard worker. He is a kid who grinds in the weight room, and he works hard in the classroom. He doesn't say a whole lot, but he works very hard."
What we like about him: Passmore is strong at the point of attack and is disruptive in the opposition's backfield, even when he's not the one making the play. Colleges haven't seen him since he was a 6-foot-1, 230-pound rising sophomore. They will be pleasantly surprised. <-
