There are only 3 FBS teams so you end up combining them with the FCS ones and really it is hard to come up with any “fair” rating. How many of the 6 Holy Cross selections could start for us or BC? Maybe a couple but not the majority to be sure. So you really end up picking players based on how well they do within their own division.
