Entrecosto, Portuguese style pork belly which is cut about 1/4" thick, is amazing with a simple seasoning. Bifanas are a street food. Quick grilled thin cut pork shoulder or loin, I prefer the shoulder, marinated in white wine, piri piri and garlic. Makes for a quick sandwich. Obviously the standard burgers and Hummel's natural casing hot dogs are plentyful when summer becomes full swing. [/QUOTE]
