And, the current head football coach salary is at the top of the AAC, but it will be middle of the pack or lower in the Big 12. Bottom line is that Cincinnati is going to be a much harder job in the Big 12 and there will be more losses similar to what happened when WVU moved to the Big 12 from the Big East, even though the Big East (based on conference ratings) was a stronger conference than the AAC.
