Yes, Mathis was a good get, but 1 player does not make a class. And, look at the UCF portal wins last year: they got 8 HS 4*s and 4 HS 3*s. The difference between Nebraska and UCF transfers is Nebraska has to use NIL and UCF is attracting kids who want to come home to Florida.
