Malik Banks is a 6-1 195lb DB from Howard High School in Wilmington Delaware. Other offers from Alderson Broaddus U, CCSU, Howard and Morgan State. Second Team All Delaware by USAToday/ Second Team All-Delaware by Delaware Interscholastic Football Coaches Association



He appears to have some pretty impressive speed/40 times out there.
