2017 Guards

Next year, UConn will have Dangerfield & Bent, as its only true guards.

Who else is going to play guard? (offensively & defensively)
With the team's size, will Gabby move out to the perimeter?

The 4 incoming frosh are all listed as Wings, so I guess they could as well.

Two other rating service have Coombs
(She's a combo guard) ranked in the top 10 in her class. She can PLAY.

I saw Coombs play-pre injury! She is a heck of a player. I've heard she is getting back to that form.

AEH played more of a wing when that Ossing team had Chong. She has improved her game and now is a great guard.

From what I've seen of the 2017 guards, MW would be the best ball handler of the group...........that said I would not consider her a point guard

I was pretty sure Gabby was a guard prior to coming to UConn. They needed her at F... so she learned the skill set and played there.
