Does anyone remember the roster update taking this long on the UCONN website?
 
Yes. Last year in early November I noticed the same thing. Contacted them and they corrected it within a few days.
 
Per the UConn women's basketball office today (Aug 7, 2017): "The 2017-2018 schedule and roster will be released at some point in September".

I e-mail them with the same question a while ago and they didn't even have the courtesy to respond,.......so guess we just have to wait it out, just like the long wait for the season to begin!
 
This isn't related to the Roster section of the new, modern website but has to do with the Schedule section of the site. (I am only bringing this up because I am a retired software tester and if I was testing this, it would drive me crazy and I would never sign off on the functionality.) When you select to view a previous season and then select to view the info for a specific game, such as the box score, when you close that web page, you are back on the current season web page. I should be back on the page/popup for the game that I previously selected. IMHO.

Nah. I just like to know numbers and read the bios for the upcoming season. It sort of gets my fandom revved up over the long summer. And a lot of other programs have already updated so I was just curious.

I don't really think my question warranted such a sarcastic response, thank you.
 
When do single game ticket purchases become available? Will it be difficult to get single game tix for nd annual beat down?

They're in the process of updating the site - the roster now shows 2017-2018 and shows everyone but the freshmen. Schedule now shows the dates for the Italian games

I remember a team with numbers 3, 10, 15, 32, and 34. They were pretty good.

I noticed that the Roster said that Coombs is UConn's first recruit from Georgia since four-time All-American, three-time Wade Trophy winner, and 2011 graduate Maya Moore, but wasn't Banks from GA as well? if so that would be the 2nd time I've seen this typo.

Yes, you are correct. Brianna Banks is from Newnan Georgia. :cool:
