Is he really a point guard at 6'5? If so, that would be awesome. He and Purvis would make for a menacing backcourt.

I think we should be operating under the assumption that Boat is going to leave after next year. We gain Purvis, who will be the more scoring-oriented or combo-guard-like PG in a 2-PG backcourt. Samuel could be a steady, passing-oriented PG, though I don't anticipate him being more than a career backup, somewhere between Beverly and Austrie. We need another stud to start alongside Purvis or at least learn the ropes from Samuel for a year.

Love the way he squares to shoot it.........great size, can't tell by the small offering but not real quick and explosive but uses his size well backing in smaller guards and using the spin and turnaround.....

Impressive list of offers he has. Question for 3 or husky99. So far we are recruiting Francis, Pinckney, and McLaughlin. Any other PG's the staff is after?

Isaac Austin from N.J. likes UConn's style a lot. He does, however, wish to go somewhere warm.

For a highschool kid he has a very mature game as far as creating his own shot. He seems to have great instincts. I was really impressed watching those clips. Hard to tell what type of defender he'd be. He's a bit on the big side for a point guard. He had a couple of nice passes, but then again these are some isolated clips. Hard to tell if he delivers these types of passes on a regular basis. At worst he looks like an excellent combo guard.

Kid's 6'5 point. Ollie was a 6'5 point. I don't see the problem here.

Ollie is maybe 6'2" but no more.
He's taller than 6'2. Look at my avatar. I'm 5'7 and my buddy is 5'11 and KO towers over us. Well, most people tower over me but he towers over me like a 6'4 ish guy not a 6'2 ish guy
