tos has him ranked around 100, but looks like he will make a big jump. he says he has a UConn offer. is that true? looks like he is thin (6'7 170 pounds)

I always wonder why you still use TOS. There is no TOS since this version of the Boneyard is not attached to a recruiting site. You can use the words Rivals and Scout. Well Tom might not like the word "Rivals".........

Rivals says he should be jumping 70-80 spots which would put him around 25-40
