2013 UConn Road Trip?????

We just sent out the email below to everyone that was with us last year on the bus trip and tailgate in Maryland. Great times! If you're interested email us at info@thebaseballbus.com. Huskie Fans,

I'm not ready to let go of Summer yet, but the UConn Huskies open the season in less than 10 days!

The Rent is going to be packed this year with what promises to be the best home schedule ever! Maryland, Michigan, South Florida, Louisville, and Rutgers all come to Connecticut...a season ticket holder's dream.

So we know the team will have full fan support at home, but what about on the road? That's up to you!

We're doing our part to help by putting together another great UConn Road Trip for 2013.

Back in December of last year we asked you to circle the date when UConn visits Temple...and I'm guessing you did as we've received a lot of inquires and interest about this game in the last few weeks.

Here are the DETAILS:

Depart Friday 11/22 around Noon for the bus ride to Philadelphia, PA.

We will be staying the night at the Holiday Inn right near the stadium. A perfect location to tailgate prior to the game.

Saturday we will offer a pre-game tailgate featuring burgers, hot dogs, pasta salad, and chips.

After the game we will return home to Connecticut.

This assumes a noon kick-off. If the kick-off is moved to 3pm or later we may have the option of leaving Saturday morning, staying the evening and returning Sunday.

Here are the PRICES:

Double Occupancy (2 per hotel room)- $210 per person
Triple Occupancy (3 per hotel room)- $185 per person
Quadruple Occupancy (4 per hotel room)- $175 person

These prices include your hotel room, game ticket, entrance into the tailgate, and round trip transportation aboard a 57 passenger deluxe motor coach. We always throw in some games, prizes, movies, and snacks along the way.

Here is the CATCH:

• Pricing is not 100% final...can fluctuate between $5-$10 per person (Up or Down) from stated rates above...but hopefully down!
• We need to hear from 30 strong commitments by Friday 8/30 to make this trip a go!

Something to consider, we play BC and potentially Indiana the Thurs/Fri before in NYC.

Already started looking into adding the basketball game on the way down Friday night...once we get our 30 to make the trip happen we will finalize the details on a potential stop at MSG!
