This kid starts at Center for the NWC basketball team. Good feet. Long arms. Big frame. Athletic. Smart. Needs to put on wt but if he can do that he has tremendous upside. Moved to left OT after playing TE/slot freshman and sophomore years.

PSU stopped by Northwest Catholic to meet with PJ Edwards last Thursday. He also is receiving interest from Temple, UMASS and Boston College among others. Will be attending BC, Temple and UCONN camps this summer.

At 225lbs he sounds ideal as a future DE. He can gain 25-40 lbs, and be productive. I doubt he can gain 75 lbs and remain effective.

Agreed. When we signed that 225lb. kid from New Hampshire, did anyone think he would be a 2nd round NFL pick?
