Okay, had to see how valid my statement was....Jeff Adrien is definitely skinnier, more muscular, and overall a lot cuter :)...uh that's a joke, I'm not that obsessed with Uconn players...Moving on.
Yeah Woodson is just bigger and fatter but they do kinda look alike.
On another note, what the hell am I doing with my life??
they don't look alike.....

Well, the loss of scholarship for Wolf, while surprising if true, would explain why the staff seems to continue to recruit with no open slots on the team.

@^^^ what i have been hearing for sometime.. there is new leadership.. just because the case is dropped does not mean he broke the school rules as an athlete

This thread reminds me how little anyone here really knows about what might b happening.

Interesting....how reliable is your source?
at this point, guessing maybe not so reliable, however, he is a friend of 2 of the players and said 1 of them told him that he was going to lose the scholarship and it would be announced soon. This was last week I heard it, so now I'm unsure.

I'd be bummed if the timing of Wolf leaving (if it actually happens) coincided with the recruitment of someone else. That would make it look like the decision on Wolf was based off the need to recruit someone better. If they were going to boot Wolf, I'd rather have seen it a long time ago.

Why do you guys assume he has only a 5th grade education?

Oh never mind just saw his picture.

Yeah, I agree. I'd rather have seen it either at the time or at the conclusion of some sort of judiciary process. Not at an arbitrary time that coincides with the late spring signing period.

We're in on him:
@Coast2CoastHoop: Florida, UConn, UCLA, Purdue, Bama, Cincy, Charlotte, URI, Pitt, Marshall, Memphis, Nebraska, Texas & Oklahoma have called Dominic Woodson.

Huge list of schools now.

Guess i was correct. Confucius says do not rag on a recruit until you know we are not calling him... :-)

I am torn. It would be nice to have another big, skilled body but adding Woodson would take an available scholarship away from 2014.

I hear ya but he sure sounds like he'd be a good fit for this team.....especially in terms of what this team needs.

what he said....

by the time he's eligible for '14 he'd have 2 years under his belt of developing at the NCAA D1 level... He'd be a man on a mission and provide and immediate, by then skilled, presence up front for.. something we've lacking since, IMO, Okafor... Oriakhi was serviceable but not as skilled as Okafor... This kid can potentially bring that...
