USF trailing at the half.

Since coming back after a long layoff USF has been unimpressive. Their last
three games were single digit wins over Cinci, Tulane, and Temple. After Houston their last
two games are back to back v. UCF, so they had better get their act back together.

“Trailing” is putting it gently. They’re getting their butts whooped 43-27 with 4:20 left in third.
Houston doing a great job of containing all of USF's roster except Tsineke, who has 17 points early in 3Q but is in foul trouble with 3 PFs.

As I noted in the weekly thread, Houston is deemed to be on the NCAA tournament bubble, and if a win here could prove HEE-YUGE for the Cougs.

USF beat Houston by 29 in their first game, but Houston has won 9 of their last 10, losing
only to UCF in that stretch. Creme has both UCF and Houston among the first four out.
If USF loses the last two to UCF and fails to make the conference tournament finals, they
might find themselves among the first four out and looking at a berth in the WNIT.

So, whose bubble does Houston pop? Did anyone expect the AAC to be a three bid team without UConn? USF, UCF, and now Houston?
