Iowa St is one dimentional Joens and shes really good. Iowa St couldnt make an open shot and they had plenty of them. SC looked good. Still missing a point guard to lead them however they did have alot of asssits. Against a top team with good guards SC may have a problem.

Before the NC State game Henderson was SEC player of the week. So I would not judge her off of one bad game.

yes, she also had 12 pts and 7 assists and 2 TOs in the game that this thread centers on. A rout of a top 25 opponent on the road.

It seems like the NC St. game was a glitch or a wake up call. I am still not going to be totally sold on this version of the South Carolina team until they get to midseason. This was a good road win but it's too soon to say "they are back".....Boston's play at center and guard play will be key. I like the girl Russell. She has a motor and I think she may have been a steal for Staley. We shall see...
