It's difficult for a public figure to win a libel / slander case in the US. Basically Cooley would have to prove that the dude that made the "documentary" acted with malice and knew the falsity of the statements (or acted with reckless disregard for the truth). That's not easy to prove...
At this point the Big 12 has rejected us twice and the ACC has rejected or ignored us for over a decade. I think its time for us to focus our attention on the conference realignment hot girl - the SEC.
I hope I'm still alive in 13 years to see BC getting blocked and playing in the A10. I suppose we'll let Cuse back in the Big East but Pitt and Louisville can screw off and play in the A10 too.

I lived in Philadelphia for 10 years and now live in SE DC for 15 years. South Philly is not dangerous. But North Philly is a bombed out hellscape. And there is nowhere in DC that either looks like North Philly or is as bad. You’d have to go to Baltimore for that.

I think its more likely that the ACC leftovers - Cuse, Pitt, BC, and probably Duke, Wake, and ND for Olympic sports - join the Big East and create another hybrid conference.
