The eight winnable games on the schedule are listed below.
Merrimack - 33.50
Temple - 46.07
Buffalo - 51.01
@ UMass - 51.09
FAU - 56.91
@ UAB - 59.69
vs. Rice 59.81
vs. Georgia State 59.84
Duke and Maryland will be tough games. If we can win one or two out of Syracuse or Wake Forest we should...
I'm sure the quarterback competition will carry over to fall camp. We'll also have to wait and see if or how many players leave during the current open portal window.
Nice pick up. These are the type of athletes that we need to pursue in the transfer portal. An experienced receiver playing against great competition will be a boost for our team.
If Fox begins broadcasting B1G games on Friday evening that's where our value to the conference would be apparent. The big names (OSU-Mich) in the B1G won't play on Friday night. The middle/lower rung teams would fill these time slots. One can hope.
Notre Dame college in Euclid, OH will be closing its doors after this semester. The cost of tuition to the value of a university education in many instances can no longer be justified. Many careers can be had making a living wage without a college degree. With the student loan process, basically...
We need to schedule 1 game each year for 2025-2027.
2028 7 games scheduled
2029 4 games scheduled
We're in good shape. We may be in a conference by 2028 or 2029?
This was well known that we wouldn't be able to keep all four Army games on the schedule. We were able to schedule a home and home with Delaware with our home game in November, which is a huge boost and the Army game in 2027 will also be of November.
We are in good shape schedule wise going...
Congratulations to UMASS. The MAC makes perfect sense for them. We have an avenue for scheduling as an independent for football and Big East for the Olympic sports.
We should have no issues with keeping them on the schedule.
Notre Dame doesn't have to risk playing a highly ranked team in a conference championship game which could knock them out of the playoffs. Now, they get to end their season as always on the West Coast and then can recruit for several weeks while prepping to host a playoff game in their stadium...
I figured we would get them on the schedule. Really helps us out when the home game for us is in late November.
I wouldn't of mind if this was a four-game series. Great scheduling philosophy as it will be an easy away game to attend. Really good recruiting possibilities with Pennsylvania nearby...
Netflix is slowly getting into the sports arena. With Netflix offering an ad base plan live sports would be an attractive revenue model for advertisers.

I think we'll see a fair amount of new transfer portal players coming in to the program after the spring football game. As our existing players who don't make the two deep on the depth chart likely transfer out. As other programs finish up their spring practices and the rosters get reshuffled we...
If the A-10 is receiving a substantial increase for their media rights then the Big East should be in for a nice bump up for their media rights since it's a much better Basketball conference.
The good news with Army joining the AAC conference is all of their previously scheduled opponents now need to fill in their schedule with little notice. This should help us fill in the remaining gaps in our schedule through 2030. Our schedule was nearly full and we just needed a few plug-in...
With the University of Delaware upgrading into conference USA this may help us out scheduling wise as they will now be a FBS program. They will need out of conference games and since we're in the neighborhood it should be mutually beneficial. They will have many long-distance football games and...
I think our path to relevancy is going to have to be achieved through the portal. Much like Bill Snyder did with Kansas State going through the JUCO route to build that program, which was competitive in the Big8/12 exc….
When we first transitioned into the big east for Football, we had the...
We definitely shouldn't schedule anymore bodybag/payday games. It's not worth the money losing 59-3. Schedule a Sunbelt/CUSA/MAC/Mountain West team and have a fighting chance of winning the game and get a home and home. The goal going forward is to finish 6-6 to 8-4 so we're in good position...
I’m still holding out hope. We have a very good football schedule, considering our independence for the next few years and our basketball is obviously doing very well in the Big East. The Big12 is up for renewal in 2031 so there could be more potential conference realignment later this decade...
Short-term we could reach out to the teams that have Army on the schedule and reach out to them to put them on the schedule.
We should be able to fill out our schedule through 2030. The Big12 media rights will be coming up for renewal. The ACC will either be grabbing teams from the Big12 or we...
This is fantastic news scheduling wise. Always nice to be able to schedule a traditionally middle-of-the-pack ACC teams. Being able to get power for teams on the schedule especially in November is always a boost for the program.
These are exactly the type of series we should be scheduling. Both fan bases will be able to attend the away game.
Great job DB. Home game is late in the season which is good for us as scheduling as an independent in November is more difficult.
Indiana and Louisville canceled their surgeries. Looks like Louisville will have some openings as Indiana will likely have to adapt to the new B1G schedule.
I attended the game last evening and it was fantastic to see a large crowd. The weather was great and people were into the game. NC State was the better team. The game was fun to watch and the team is much improved. there was a reason why we lost to them by such a large amount last year. NC...
The main thing UCONN football needs to do is build on the improvement of last year. Year in and year out we need to have records of at least 7–5 or 8-4 or better, along with regular bowl matchups. We string a few years together of winning Seasons and bowl games. We should be in good shape. The...
With the Big12 having a fair amount of their games scheduled to be televised on Thursday and Friday nights, this is going to put the PAC 12 in a huge bind during their media rights negotiation. Between the B1G, SEC, ACC, and Big12 grabbing all the prime slots over linear and over the air...
