When the referee punishes your team for coaching he has accused you of cheating. And the coach acknowledged coaching and Serena acknowledged seeing the signal.

The Mystics next home game is at the Smith Center at George Washington University. Its capacity is about 1/3 of the previous location. I am not sure if this was planned at the start of the season or not. If they want to make money this is a smart move.
