Based on the last few years the difference between our 6th man and a starter is minimal. And our backup center will get 15 minutes. It’s 8-9 where the difference between 5 and 15 minutes is whether Hurley trusts them.

I got my new wife (at the time) hooked on UConn basketball in 2011. She is close now to as die hard of a fan as me. I know some of you might not think that’s a good thing, but it truly is awesome. I think the key isn’t to fight it but figure out how to bring her along for the ride.

Slamson can be a starter for us. This is really his first year of playing (ie game time) college ball. Think of the growth last year to this year. If anything close to the same size jump next year he is much better than just a serviceable center (ie Tyler or Phil).
