Lol. That's hilarious! It's one thing to beat an opponent on the court, it's quite another to strip them of their competitive spirit all together! Go Huskies!
I think we're going back to a 4 guard set. U cant start Kiah because that means u have no sub if Stewie needs a breather or is in foul trouble. It'll look a lot like when Maya was with us...put $on on it. Plus Tuck will be recovering still, u need at least one big to sub. Just sayin'...
Folks, please stop comparing the 2013-14 Huskies to the 2012-13 Baylor team. They are nothing alike. Our team is balanced at all 5 positions. Baylor had 2 players they primarily relied on (see Baylor team vs Louisville game). Go Huskies!
In my eyes he's the G.O.A.T. in WCBB, period! For him to pass John Wooden, I'm gonna say going 4 for 4 in NC games with Stewie wil seal the deal. I'm taking into account he will stretch the 90 game win streak to over 100, and give him over 950 wins. Go Huskies!
Here's an idea, how about those pulling the strings, or have the influence on those that do - namely the media, how about they use UConn's dominance to "sell" the sport to a broader audience? How many drawn out, over-analyzed discussions were had on ESPN and it's programs when the Pats were...
Congrats to Jannah Tucker! I bleed Blue through and through, but I'm an even bigger supporter of women facing their life-obstacles and achieving success. I can't wait to see her on the court! God bless!
My printed schedule says ESPNU, as well as the women's basketball media guide. Also, the California game was originally slated for ESPN2. Per media guide.
Kentucky has good size coming in, it will be interesting to see them next year. Beyond UConn, TN, ND and KY it will be fun to watch how UNC, UCLA and Ohio St develop their talent. And while it would be outstanding to get Ms. Wilson, my hope is that Geno can bring home Brown, Boykin &Collier for...
Umm, hate to disagree, but Notre Dame wont be #2 team after this year. They lose Achonwa, Braker and McBride. Next year we will be hard-pressed to make a top 10 list...It'll be UConn, Tennessee and everyone else. The 2014-15 rosters will speak for themselves. Just sayin...
Barring foul trouble...UConn by 25+. Baylor has no real post play to speak of, if O. Sims thinks it'lll be a lay up drill she is sadly mistaken. We, yes, "We", are not Kentucky. We are tall and defend the paint best! Go Huskies!
UConn vs Tenn....I dont think its this year unless they end up in the same region. However, next season I believe it's a clear path as long as there are no major injuries. Notre Dame, Maryland, Kentucky, Duke, Stanford & Louisville all take major losses to graduation. Wilson should be happy to...
