    WNBA expansion

Bay City Burners is my vote. Half of the Bay Area go to burning man. I actually met Liz Cambage at Burning Man a few years back.

    OT: Griner

I think BGs exposure is actually helping the journalists exposure. You hear their name a lot more now. And you can be sad for both at the same time.

    Throw in Alyssa Thomas. Lol.

    Piath Gabriel transferring

Interesting fact. Piath’s older sister played one year at DePaul, then transferred to BC I believe.

    Transfer Portal (2022-2023)

Hoping it’s DePaul. If we could add her and Peoples, the team would be real special. Like the 2010 team.

    Transfer Portal (2022-2023)

I think we were in her top 5.

    Transfer Portal (2022-2023)

I believe DePaul was in her top 3 or 5 out of high school.

Anyone know where KML is this year in the WNBA?

Being in shape and being in peak physical performance are totally different. To say it is a metabolism issue is ridiculous. It is a nutrition issue. There are so many examples of people that have transformed their fitness levels and ones that have not. DT, Sue have transformed their fitness...

Anyone know where KML is this year in the WNBA?

    I think she’s athletic enough.

Shemera Williams without a doubt. Super talented. Transfer from Virginia.

    April Transfer thread

I’m not sure if the rules have changed, but when I transferred to DePaul in tennis, I wasn’t just able to transfer and play. My previous school had to sign off on it. Otherwise I would have had to sit out a year.

    2020 off-season transfers

The right coach and the right system. I was really surprised when she chose Virginia. Really thought she would have followed Kieger to PSU or Depaul. Fast paced system is where she will show how talented she is.

    Non-UConn Recruiting Thread

I’ve seen it also by several coaches, clouding the ones you mentioned. If the program or coach has any social media influence, they do it. Period. mans I’m anything that as a positive. Those people watching Dawn are the ones buying tickets.

All decade teams 2010-2020 of all schools

DePaul Keisha Hampton Felicia Chester Anna Martin Jessica January Brittany Hrynko Honorable Mention Sam Quigley (Allie’s sister who was the PG on arguably the best results we’ve had) Megan Podkowa Chanise Jenkins Megan Rogowski has to be on here because she flat out embarrassed Duke in the...

    2020 off-season transfers

Jorie Allen is transferring from Indiana to DePaul.

    Vic Schaefer to Texas

From what I recall was that he wasn’t as invested in the girls and the program during that period. There was a major drop off in communication.

    Coaching hot seats

Boyle was pretty bad at Virginia. Not sure anyone would want her either.

    Coaching hot seats

Tsipis is a terrible coach. He never really was a good coach. He lucked out that Jonuel Jones’ high school coach was the assistant so she transferred from Clemson to there because she was like family to her. The only good seasons he’s had as a head coach was with her on the team I believe...

    Oregon (3) @ Stanford (4) - 2/24/20

I actually went to the game tonight. Stanford looked so disjointed on offense. One thing I really picked up was that there were very few screens set and when there were, the post player was very slow and laxidasical. Watching Oregon live was so different then on tv. They flow so well on offense...

Conference Coaches of the Year (late season edition)

Doug Bruno at DePaul would be an obvious choice; however, I’m really impressed with what Duffy has done at Marquette, and also the Butler head coach. They were supposed to be at the bottom of the Big East this year and they are at the top.

    AP Top 25

But it shouldn't. Lol. We have better wins and our losses are equal to Kentucky. Our losses aren't as bad as MSU. But I wasn't really griping about that. I feel if you're gonna bump them up 3 spots, DePaul deserved that as well. We were within 75 points of both the previous week and somehow...

    AP Top 25

I don't understand how NC State only moved down one spot. Also don't understand how Mississippi State and Kentucky move up 3 spots and DePaul only moves up 1 spot. DePaul beat much better teams this past week.

A new year of basketball: Dec. 30-Jan. 6

just a little fact about Kelly. She originally was a DePaul commit. Came for the summer and then transferred to CMU.

    DePaul

DePaul Alum and super fan here. Bottom line is we don’t match up well with UCONN or any well coached team that knows how to beat a full court press. Notre Dame typically is really great at that. Obviously things are different this year. OSU and Green Bay were for the most part stellar at it...

    surprising freshmen

She’s a stud! I’ve watched her a few times. She was actually originally committed to West Virginia I think.

    DePaul v ND

Just a little info. You might be mixing up Stovall and Stonewall. Stovall was a reserve PG that got injured. She averaged 10mpg. Although the injury really sucks, she wasn’t a key cog. Chante Stonewall is our leading scorer and is usually the biggest player on the court for our team. She’s...

Poll: Best Coaching Coach (not named Geno):

I’m not taking away anything that he did. He did and still continues to do an incredible job. What I stated was facts though. And I don’t care what Baylor did with their all Americans. Someone was saying Doug didn’t deserve to be on the list and they brought up MSU and OSU and I came with facts...

Poll: Best Coaching Coach (not named Geno):

I used the wrong words. What I was saying previously was there isn’t a team regularly in the top 25 that has one or no top 100 ranked recruits besides Doug. He does extremely well without the talent. I still can’t find a team regularly in the top 25 that does that. MSU and OSU’s final four teams...

Poll: Best Coaching Coach (not named Geno):

OSU has 5 top 100 ranked recruits on that team. MSU has 6 top 100 ranked recruits that year I think they both did amazing jobs and are amazing coaches. I’m saying Bruno has done more with less talent and well I just showed that. Lol. Like I said DePaul has 1 who was I think Kelly Campbell. By...
