    Thoughts on outdoor pizza ovens

    Ran 12 pies through it yesterday and found that 600-625 is the preferred temp range for a thin pie. Minimal sauce was important as well.

    Pine point is maybe a mile or two up the road. Nice beach. Less crowded. We rented a cute little one bedroom cottage there a few summers ago. check out new england ecoadventures in kennebunk. An old uconn buddy of mine runs it.

    COVID Vaccine Thread, the Sequel

    First moderna yesterday. Had chills and a low grade fever last night. Woke up with the driest mouth ever even after ingesting a gallon of water yesterday. Arm is rather sore. 24 hours after the shot, arm is still tenderoni but otherwise i feel fine.
