Ignoring the obvious click bait nonsense.
You’d think Hurley senior won multiple NCAA championships the way people fawn over him. I can’t be the only one who doesn’t really care how many high school games a guy wins, go prove you’re great at a higher level, like Danny did.
@BBFGExecDir The site lists Roumoglou as a freshman.
Will there be a separate link for basketball predictions? Right now it takes you to a football specific predictions page.
Echoing others waiting to see how good the “inside” content and articles are before contributing. If they really get inside scoops about recruiting and practice that seem to have completely vanished since Hurley got here, it’ll be worth every penny to me. Otherwise a direct contribution to BBFG...
Embrace it.
We're the evil empire.
Everyone hates our coach, our fans, the 'boring' state of Connecticut. The purposefully left out team in realignment.
Let's keep giving them reasons to laude and praise us, this is fun. This is what it's all about.
He's had great games. He's really talented. I'm looking forward to his improvements next season. I really wasn't trying to dump on him, the point was to highlight Stewarts breakout.
Nobody is trying to dump on Samson, he's just not the level of our top 6(7?), and that's ok. He's good enough to be a rotation guy on the best team in the country, that's not bad.
I know we won’t do this because we want to help Luke progress in his career. But if Kimani is the only one who leaves, Moore should be the next AC. He’s gonna be Dans Blaney when his chapter of UConn history is finished.
The flip side though, is the Big East could become targeted by the P3 whenever players enter the portal. I’d rather the talented guys stay in conference, helps keep it on top.
People here try too hard to come off unbiased, but there’s a reason why Clingan gets through some games with no foul trouble, and sometimes doesn’t, and it’s usually not because he changed how physical he played. He’s reffed differently game to game, it’s gotta be frustrating for him.
Fwiw Edey...
Only thing better than good defense is better offense. Johnies gave us everything they had, so credit to them. But some of those calls on Clingan were egregious.
I’m guessing it’s a deciding factor for some ADs when comparing “talented assistant coaches from winning schools.” If one guy has a record, the other doesn’t, you’re probably going with the latter. I’m sure an AD will eventually decide he’s the best option for the job, but I’m not too surprised...
