I watched every Florida game....He is a very good 3 point shooter if he can set his feet. He is not someone who creates his own shot. As for his defense it is nothing special. He does not have great lateral quickness so he struggles with more athletic players.

Omar Payne is way more talented than Locke. With proper coaching and a lot of work he can be nice addition. Great rim protector and crazy long wingspan.

His defense is nothing special either. He was often off the floor late because he could not guard. If his team is loaded and he can stand at the 3 point line then he is useful. If not then I would compare him to a smaller Tommy Polley.
