So Duke is only looking to recruit role players to be available for practice against Flagg, Bongo, et al. That's an interesting pitch.

All these players leaving Duke. Hope Flagg and others are seeing this. This is them next year with a new crop of newcomers entering. Where did all these "smart" Dookies think they were all gone play? There is only one basketball guys.

The players (Maluach and Stewart) who are listed that are ahead of him on the depth chart. Better opportunity for immediate playing time . . . UConn. But maybe he prefers to sit and learn like Singare did this year.

I don't post on the women's page often. Very seldom. But I want to acknowledge and commend the defensive performance by Nika Muhl against Kaitlin Clark. She was terrific and deserved to be going to the finals. She was awesome.

Like to go back to concept of college sports being amateur. Schools could offer athletic scholarships that would cover the cost of a college education. As far as on the court, athletes play because they love the sport. If they don't, then don't take the scholarship. A star QB should not get paid...
