Now that the Rays have won two in a row he might be back. So are you rooting for the Yankees so the Rays can win the division? Or are you rooting for the Red Sox so you don's have a '11 red Sox like collapse?
I'll just say I couldn't be further from his political views. But Ive caught the show and it's good. So to my right wing friends suck it up and give it a shot
Harvey: "There's been some forearm discomfort for a month or so but last start it was worse. No shooting pains in my elbow." He wants to avoid surgery as you would expect. Says he can still throw, but wouldn't oppose being shut down for the rest of the season. Says he didn't change anything...
Mets press conf:
Sandy Alderson: next 10 days when swelling goes down, better idea if TJ surgery needed.
Harvey treated for forearm issues for sometime.
Harvey: discomfort was for about 1-2 months, and he tried to pitch through the discomfort. No shooting pain. But it got worse after last...
WFAN Sports Radio @WFAN660 3m
As you heard Mike Francesa report, #Mets starter Matt Harvey will go on the disabled list due to a partially torn UCL. Story to follow...

UPDATE: Oh no. Mike Francesa of WFAN...
Bad news for the Red Sox. I was hoping for more because he has sucked for months. And he was scheduled to start on Saturday. So if he takes the suspension the 5th game is Saturday. They are off on Thursday so everyone just starts on their normal rest and Dempster can start on Sunday.:)
Well it looks Bogaerts is getting the call today. There were rumors Middlebrooks
was working out at first. But with the next 6 in a NL park I assume Ortiz will see sometime at first. I will be interested to see what the plan is...
On a Red Sox board they have a college sports forum. Some Michigan fan has said he bought one of he partial plans. He's all excited to go see future Big 10 opponent Maryland also.
I didn't want to start a new thread but I have my new favorite prospect. 21 year old Henry Owens made his AA debut. He went 6 innings gave up 4 hits 2 BBs and struck out 11.
I know this real petty but it bugs me a bit so I apologize for pointing this out. I know he's hurt a lot but he's been with the Red Sox since 2007. His last name is Buchholz.
I know this is your thing too. But if you could make he deal for Peavy and you could keep Bogaerts or Iglesias who would you keep?
And listening to Boston radio today I would say the majority of fans want to drive the bus over Cherrington.
And I don't get point 2. The plan all along was for Bradley to play AAA. He had a great spring and forced his way on to the team. And if he played well enough to stay they would have lost a year. But he struggled and was sent down and they didnt lose the service time. Hopefully the year in AAA...
And now another former Red Sox is dead. Frank Castillo drowned in Arizona.

One of my favorites growing up George "Boomer" Scott passed away today at 69 years old. Loved the way he played first with Black Beauty.
