Admittedly this is dumb. But the NCAA's March Madness twitter feed is doing an all-time starting 5 tourney. We are matched up against LSU in the Sweet 16 and falling behind. We need votes, and we need them quick!

@CTBasketball thanks for this. I started searching through the rosters but the tourney's website was too slow and I gave up. The ESPN article was misleading. I would have loved to see an all (or mostly) UConn team. Would have been a lot of fun to watch.

Saw this article about a $1M open basketball tourney that has a lot of former NBA players and alums of programs competing. Apparently there is a [mostly] UConn team. Anyone have any idea who's on the roster. This could be a fun tourney to follow, especially with the semis and championship...

Van Diemens on 3rd Ave. btwn 27th and 28th st is the Uconn bar. We've had a pretty decent turnout the last few games.

There are enough TV's. I thought the same thing when I saw the pictures, but I think they took those before adding them all in. I believe there are 3 LARGE projection screens above the entrance that you can see from half of the bar. Plus there are TV's behind the bar and scattered throughout...

Van Diemens gets PACKED with UConn fans. Very solid bar, great food and a terrific atmosphere for the games.
