Michigan had their own lousy effort against a Northwestern team that is worse than Georgetown. You’re probably right and this is rationalizing…but UM aint perfect.

I am happier about this than the ugly nightmare at Georgetown - the Hoyas played well tonight. Both us and GT were atrocious in our last game with them. Still time to flip a switch, but we better find it quickly.

The ACC and Big East are both awful options with some highlight games (Duke, Villanova, St John’s, UNC). The Big 12 would be far better if the Ok State AD could get over themselves. UConn should aspire for better, especially an ACC leftover conference with UNC pillaged. UConn will be fine...
