I missed the first half but right the whole second half. Outside of our offense being on fire, the biggest thing that stood out to me was our ability to get continuous pressure on the QB. I haven’t seen that all season. What was the stat they showed? We had 17 sacks all season and 7 today? That...
I only caught parts of the game because I was in RI at my kids softball tournament. Did they pull Joe and give Evers significant time? Or just a drive? I heard most of the 3Q but was hoping they’d let Nick play the whole 4th. Did that happen?
Overall looks like a solid win with all aspects...
I said this in the chat but I’ll leave it here….
Last week wasn’t a step back for us but a missed chance to make that next progression that this program should be making, beating a P4 school on our schedule. This game, was a massive leap backwards. Last year we beat every G5 school we played...
Interesting how he made sure to say that when he said we need to make plays that he said it’s not just players but coaches as well. A few other times it sounded like he was not happy with his coaches. Have a feeling that was geared towards Sammis seeing how O couldn’t do crap in the second half...
First off it was beyond a heartbreaker. Secondly, I’m sick of being in “instant classics” with Syracuse and being on the wrong end of them. Between this and MSG, I’m good. (Sorry if posted before, I’m not reading the first 200 posts)
He is a well paid “just another player” in a large pool of talented players. Sometimes getting the money now and chasing the dream is the way to go in case the dream never happens. It stinks from a fans perspective and for the game, but I don’t blame these kids for leaving here for bigger...
Really solid performance. I agree with what everyone said but I was really impressed with Murphy. That kid looks like he can be a beast. He looks really strong and big for WR. I like it! I think he’s gonna be big for us this year.
This has been getting a lot of buzz. I was in Chicago this past week and saw a clip on a news station about this. I've seen at least three different articles on this, including one from ESPN, on my Google feed. Props to whoever came up with this idea. I'm sure many programs will follow suit.
This is an amazing home slate. After this year's clunker of a home schedule, next year is a nice bounce back. 3 P5, UMass, and a good JMU team. I'll take it. Oh and a FCS team we should easily beat.
I'm torn on whether or not to get it. I have 25 and tbh, it doesn't look like enough of an upgrade to justify spending the cash. Would love to hear from anyone who has both and if they feel it's worth it or to just play 25 and wait another year.
