They are strong inside and have an excellent point guard. Not very deep though, and they don't always shoot the ball well from the perimeter. Great job by Lucas in his first season coaching.
There is a documentary series on Prime about the ABA. When they talk about the creation of the dunk contest, and how exciting it was for players and fans alike, it's hard to believe how far it has fallen.
I think you have him confused with the Toney kid. Fletcher is the kid who's dad passed away last year. Some people say the Indiana kid said something about it, but it's all speculation. There had to be something said to provoke that sort of response, but its between them and we will probably...
I'd love to know what was said between them. No one has ever said a bad word about that Fletcher kid, and twitter had a bunch of stuff about him congratulating Mendoza, etc.
I wonder if that elbow of his ever came all the way back from the surgery. He throws some good passes and he throws some softballs, and it doesn’t seem by choice.
In all honesty, they missed an endzone int that led to an Indiana field goal, and have missed a field goal of their own. They could possibly be up despite how it has gone. They certainly don't quit.
Hard to win a game with zero points. Miami may want to get back to running the ball outside the tackles. It's the only thing they have done that even remotely worked. Seems like Indiana can play it safe and just walk the game down for a win.
It comes down to their line of scrimmage really. They were far better on the line of scrimmage than Ohio State, they really have the best line of scrimmage play in the country. The question is if they will play a clean game, because mistakes kill you quickly against Indiana.
