If Ball and Demary don’t get saddled with insane foul trouble, I think we play them even. On the flip side, if Cadeau gets tagged for those few really obvious fouls, Michigan may be chasing the game.

That was Demary's 3rd foul early in the second half. Almost no fouls were called in this subsequent 8 minutes after that moment. I feel like this was the moment where the game completely shifted.

W We were a better team than them by a decent margin. We controlled the play for 90% of the game and Illinois never really had a chance. This game played out similar to the first game at MSG. I think analytics are struggling to capture how good this UConn team is.

Home crowd is overrated in these dome games.

I thought we’d get a friendlier whistle in the tourney…nope. We basically lived in the paint posting them up, o rebounds, put backs…none of their players were in foul trouble and we still got outshot at the line.

I can assure you that being at the game with the arena filled with GM “fans” was worse.

I sure hope he can do more than put weight on it in 4-5 days.

Not only that, but I’m pretty sure nova had a 7-0 run in the final 45 seconds. It was the definition of garbage time.

That playoff run by Maye was pretty awful.

We scored 87 points. Oddly enough, it was our defense that was weak today.

Broncos were also missing their #1 rb Dobbins since November, their #2 and #3 receivers Pat Bryant and Troy Franklin. Franklin got injured early in the divisional round. Bryant injured his hamstring early in the 1st quarter yesterday. The Broncos offense was not in good shape.
