Woke up this morning and still can’t get the stench of yesterday’s game off of me. Loops of Quinton Jackson- 5’7” 160lbs, breaking tackles like he is Jim Brown running repeatedly through my mind.
Defense can’t stop anyone, yet in game decisions are made as if they can. Punting on 4th and short, not going for 2 in OT, safe throws in the flat on 3rd and long, kneeling just before the half instead of throwing it into the end zone. Instead of rolling the dice with our O, which is...
IMAGINE BEING 10.5 POINT FAVORITES, SCORING A TD ON THE FIRST PLAY OF THE GAME, THEN PLAYING SCARED THE REST OF THE GAME IN FRONT OF ALL 12 OF THEIR HOME FANS! Not attempting fourth down conversions, not going for two in overtime, throwing 2 yard routes to the flat on 3rd and 8. GROUNDHOGS DAY!
That's your best bet! My son went to BC (still kills me). Only high rollers and students in the Mods near the stadium. Cityside in Cleveland Circle is close to the action and you can walk to the game from there. About 20-30 min.
I would like to see Rosa get more touches. With Brown out, I was shocked that he hasn't stepped into Brown's roll. Especially since his limited touches have resulted in success.
The Good
A win on the road
No turnovers Again
No penalties
Defense held them to 17 points
Deep RB Room played well when Edwards went down
Last drive was textbook
49 yard kick is good, Freeman hits both
Clock management at the end of the game
Only one sack against the statistically best sack...
Unlike last year, we are often in third and long situations and when we are third and short, we often have a hard time getting the 2 or 3 yards we need.
