Yeah and the top teams will not be happy with less than a final 8 many not with that. I’m doing the math here. 3 means we lose at Marquette, first round of BE and then to a number 15 or 16 team? The board will implode if that total number left is less than 8 games left.
I too dislike Duke as many do here but they are pretty much crushing their opponents home and road in the ACC which if you believe ESPN is predicting 8-9 bids. What does that mean?
I’m not smart enough basketball wise to know. Same for Arizona and Michigan. We have had some impressive...
Our teams have always played better out of conference. We did in the non conference, we’ve done so thru our NCAA history even when we appeared to have flaws and weaknesses.
Listening to Hurley over this season I’ve heard him refer to this multiple times.
So….Regardless of what happens in the BE...
Only shopped in that place once but to me their stuff is quality and nice but overpriced badly. Rock climbing walls, ropes course, IMAX theaters, zip lines, and Mattress doctors don’t lower furniture prices, actually inflate them wildly.
Hey, we wouldn’t turn away many of their players given the chance. Scheyer hasn’t created anything new he’s continued on K’s recruiting coattails at one of the top universities in America, in a major conference. A conference where Duke talent wise is the Globetrotters playing the Generals.
Yes he fouls but he also turns the other team over, with tips, deflections and his elite anticipation. He has to understand now that he needs to stay on the floor and defend appropriately.
Duke. Doing more with more. Scheyer is coaching up a team of McD’s and top 10-20 ranked players. So he’s coaching a team up to what they should be, right?
Mullins and Solo are blanketed at the 3 and that’s with extensive screening for them. All I can think is for him to drive to where he can pull up for a 2. He’s going to make 60+ % of those shots probably.
We reduced turnovers against St. John’s but saw them again yesterday. The Hall is very angressive and defends well but Tarris putting the ball on the floor and they strip. Coaches must tell them when he tries to dribble just dig at waist level. He needs the ball so I don’t see a solution here.
Braylon HAS to stay on the floor. Really pleased with Ross’s improvement. Not making free throws could be what sinks this team down the road in a close game.
