There's a lot of Big East conference play left to get this team to gel. Mullins impacted the game in lots of ways today. I expect him to become an even bigger part of the offense going forward, and there is plenty of firepower alongside him. This team has about 6 weeks to work out the kinks...

A win is a win, I guess. Props to Cooley for keeping his team right there despite a huge deficit in overall talent. Free throw shooting needs attention, I fully expect that to be addressed immediately, meaning UConn wont shoot this poorly from the line for the rest of the season.

Mullins is a great overall basketball player. He always finds a way to help UConn win.

Wings at Nicky's Place in Staven were great and big screen tvs to watch UConn games and football. Pretty good bar style pizza too.

Some crazy stats from a great comeback win. Silas with 23 points, 15 assists and only 1 turnover. Mullins with 6 threes and 24 points including 8 points in OT. Our bench got outscored 41-3 and we still won. That has to be some kind of record.

I'm guessing you wont find anyone but Smith nationwide with 9 assists off the bench in 3 different games this season. Point guard isn't a concern.

I think there are 8 UConn guys currently on NBA rosters. Drummond, Jackson, Martin, McNeeley, Hawkins, Castle, Clingan, and last, but certainly not least Spencer. Newton, Bouknight, and Polley are in the G league.

98 total players from UConn have played in the NBA and WNBA, pretty amazing. Fudd, Strong, Ball, Karaban and Mullins will push that well over 100!
