I have given up on the Yankees. I have been a fan sincee the later 50' early 60's. The trio of Steinbrenner, Cashman and Boone are a disaster. As long as these three remain, the Yankees are mediocre. It's a shame.

There is always a learnimg curve for each season. This is not the same team that won the national championship. New players, returnees who have devloped their game, new combos on the court. Throw in what Geno and company have been developing for the offense and defense. And do not forget...

The key will be evolution. Once everybody is on campus, the process will begin. The team chemistry will begin. Geno and company will do what they do best - teach. He will have a lot of games to give all the players game time. We get to watch this all happen. Life is good!!
