I recognize that the star rating system is flawed. However, it seems we are getting a whole lot of 3 star recruit interest. Possibly the rating system has added to the quantity of 3-star rankings awarded? or we are recruiting so, so much better than ever before. We used to be lucky to get one...

Maybe I'm being naive. But, are the 2 lb. ankle weights a true story? Did all the players wear these? It would be smart strategy if so. Also, how do we know? Thanks

The UConn site has Peart at 304 lbs. Wasn't he much lighter in the spring? Did they start updating the weights?

I really hope we can redshirt Peart and maybe even Hashemi. They must have talent to be on the two deep at that size. A redshirt year to put on weight could give us four years of quality linemen.

I would like to see them utilize Newsome's speed by running him outside the tackles more. I don't understand why we tend to always run between the tackles.
