This game should also mark the return of Rebekkah Brunson for the Lynx. Having her back in form would certainly make the Western conference finals between them and Pheonix even more interesting than it already would have been.

Diggins has been incredible. Really fun to watch. But she'll have to rip the MVP award away from Maya. Will be interesting to watch as the season progresses.

Saw Bria's line. She is fitting in well for Washington...looks like a seasoned vet out there. Maya with 28 at HALFTIME. She is putting up insane numbers so far

Also, assuming they intend to carry 12, it appears as though Asia Taylor from Louisville has earned a spot on the Minnesota Lynx.

For me, it's hard to put much stock into the "she was previously #1" debate when at one time, Samarie Walker was the #1 rated prospect in the 2010 class...a class that included Chiney Ogwumike, Alyssa Thomas, Chelsea Gray, etc. Players are moved up and down for various reasons and maybe Boykin...

Meaning there is no time table for her return. However there was no ligament damage to her knee and based on interviews, most expect her back sooner than later.

I don't think Wright is out for the season. She recently had knee surgery but I'm pretty sure they expect her back near the beginning of the season.

Reshanda Gray at Cal deserves a mention

Not sure if UConn ever actually showed interest in Coates or not, but she seemed pretty set on staying in the southeast. Her final list was SC, Tennessee and Georgia, I believe.

Ajavon is no longer in Washington. She was dealt to Atlanta as part of the Kara Lawson trade.
