    Gamecocks Off-Season 2026

Would one of the South Carolina fans/insiders post a projected depth chart by position for next year's South Carolina squad? I think we all would be intrigued to see it. Please and thank you.

2025-26 New school commitments by Transfers

Addy Brown is a really good pickup for UCLA.

    Home and home with Michigan

The Duke game this coming season is at a neutral site, followed by a home-and-home series in coming years (IIRC).

    Tennessee 2025, part 2

In five years at Tennessee, Kellie Harper finished 3rd in the SEC four times and 4th in the SEC once. In the 2023-24 SEC Tournament semis, Tennessee led South Carolina at the end of the game only for Kamilla Cardoso to hit a game-winning three, her first made three in her career. I wonder what...

Preseason Top 20 (after transfer portal dust settles)

Duke's biggest weaknesses last year were perimeter depth (mainly due to injuries) and height in the post. The recruiting class helps address the former. Bringing back Emilee Skinner from injury is absolutely critical. She is the prohibitive favorite to start at PG, with Riley Nelson and Aaliyah...

Kelly Faris - Sky assistant coach

Not only had I not realized Faris was an assistant coach with the G League, I did not realize Noblesville Boom had two female assistant coaches (Aimee Book being the other, though she also was recently named the head video coordinator for the Phoenix Mercury).

WNBA 2026 Draft: TODAY, Monday April 13 7:30 EDT espn

UConn could have a system to minimize Beers' weaknesses, but would one year with the Huskies have significantly improved her foot speed, athleticism, shooting range, and ability to develop into an elite shotblocker? She may have been drafted, but would she have made a roster?

    WNBA 2026

It will be interesting to see how Cheyenne Parker-Tyus plays. She had very limited playing time after coming back late in the season from maternity leave. But she had a great 2023 season, and if she can back close to that form, she will be a very solid addition.

    WNBA 2026

I do not think it is decided at all. Official WNBA free agent contract signings begin tomorrow (April 11). Hypothetically, if Dallas signs and trades Ogunbowale, the return for her will indicate how the Wings will approach the draft. Or if Dallas is able to sign a strong post player -- someone...

    OT: Transfer Portal Humor

But are we sure your wife has not yet entered the portal? 😀 HA! @triaddukefan and I are two different people -- unless people think all Duke fans look/sound alike. 😁

    WNBA 2026

I was pleasantly surprised by Lauren Betts' performance in the Final Four on the defensive end. She was able to defend in space, not just roaming the paint. That block on Madison Booker toward the end of the UCLA-Texas game will go down as one of UCLA's best defensive plays. Booker has the...

    OT: Transfer Portal Humor

I have been posting on The Boneyard for about 24 years. I have been through multiple iterations of the site on various hosting platforms. I regularly communicate with some of you via social media, phone, text. etc. There were some initial rough patches (the Alana Beard "dynasty" comment from...
