I like the ABS system so far. I appreciate that they make the decisions quickly and don't hold up the game. One issue though is that TV no longer shows the strike box on calls that are not officially challenged. I wonder if that's part of the deal to allow ABS is that they only show it on...

I just finished Jury Duty: Company Retreat. Treads similar ground as the original Jury Duty, but in a different setting. Again, the producers found a "hero" that is incredibly likeable. Fun show with plenty of laughs.

All In the Family had a bunch of spin-offs. The biggest being Maude and The Jeffersons. But there were more.

Gil was dealing yesterday. I don't want to read too much into it as it was only one start and the Sox are not a particularly good team right now, but I loved the way that Gil was attacking the zone. That's how you get deep into games and don't put as much pressure on the bullpen. Yanks really...

Is Schlitter really this good? I keep waiting for him to come back to earth, but he keeps performing like a top of the rotation guy.

Nice to see Schlitter proving that last year wasn't a fluke. A rotation of Cole, Fried, Schlitter and Rodon doesn't suck.

Needless to say, the show requires you to suspend disbelief to a high degree.

The first handful of episodes of Season 2 of Paradise is up on Hulu. I liked, not loved the first season, but have found Season 2 to be enjoyable. New storylines that take place outside of the bunker.
