Got a pair for free with my NYT delivery today.
Much cooler than any of us expected. I actually can't use them for too long because I get nauseated when my eyes and body each tell my brain something different about where I am (e.g., I can handle any roller coaster, but Mission: Space at Epcot makes me feel ill).
But it is very cool technology when used with your smartphone. My kids have been enthralled with it all day. Apparently there are tons of apps, including one with a haunted house that I am certain is going to result in a sleepless night for one of them and her two teen friends who are sleeping over. Lots of screaming going on at the moment.
Anyone else tried them yet? Any apps you'd recommend?
