Adam Huska should be the starting goalie for the Slovakian team for the tournament.

As a result, UConn will be without Huska for the Desert Hockey Classic. If Thompson and/or Masonius make the roster, they will be missing too.

I do not believe Masonius will make the roster but Thompson has a chance.

Hat trick for Thompson against Finland. Only through two periods.

You called that one...he had a Mt Everest type uphill battle with all the talent that the US has on the blue line.

BU might allow 7 total goals all season.

Didn't get to see Tage Thompson last yr @ UConn but what a complete package he's become. Skates, size, offensive ability, play w/o puck, etc

He nearly scored at the end of the game. Had the puck right in front and chipped it wide.

How does it work? Does Tage come back to UConn or go to the AHL or something else?

He'll be back on UConn - The 2017 World Jr. Championships are from Dec. 26-Jan. 5. He'll miss any games in that period if he makes team.

^ will play for UConn this upcoming season and maybe season after that.
Blues want him to gain weight and working on strength and conditioning, skating, and overall gameplay.

I doubt he'll graduate and stay his senior year, but he might. Then, he'll play for Chicago Wolves(Blues AHL affailate) and then may get called up to play with the big boys in NHL
