Kia played well. Not great, but well. She desperately needs to learn how to make a layup with her left hand. Easy baskets ended up being super high degree of difficulty shots because of her using both hands to make a layup from the left side of the basket. Still, she's a plucky player. And she played quite well for Canada. Had some terrific assists as well. She may not be a starter but she played a lot of minutes and showed she belonged for sure!

I just remember Notre Dame's Natalie Achonwa filling the Peters/Novosel/Mallory void after they all graduated in 2012 and Natalie played for Team canada in London, and I hope Kia can make contributions necessary to help fill the Stewie/Moriah/Morgan void.
