Stub hub has tickets starting at $269. Are tickets to this game really going for up to $500. I was at the XL center and they couldn't give tickets away.

Most expensive I saw were $1000. Cheapest were $99 in row zzz! I guess those $99s are gone now since I saw them on SH.

There's a kid on facebook selling 2nd row tickets behind the basket opposite the student section for $200 a pop. I'm sure you could negotiate, but those are some fantastic seats.

I looked on the "buy and sell group" and do not see this! Where is this mystery man? I have sat behind the basket before and my son loved it. I GAVE AWAY MY SYRACUSE STUDENT TICKET and I am hoping for some goodness to come back to me :) It's just a game that I couldn't go see and leave my little guy at home to watch on TV. That's mean. So I gave it as a Christmas present! But I really really want to go but can't shell out a month's food budget to do it. HungryHusky, do you know this guy personally? Great avatar, BTW. We're giving up losing for lent!

I just checked out stub hub and the prices right now are out of comtrol. Theres only about 30 tix left and the lowest price is $300 and the most expensive seats are $890. Do these people really think they can get that much for this game? Thats out of control

I don't know if you can see that link, but that's what I saw. That is the picture with the location fo the seats if the link doesn't open up.

Yeah, we were four rows back right in front of a 90 year old guy with a monocle. It was great, except those 90 year olds aren't as pumped as the students!

The FB link doesn't work for me. $400 is way too much anyway. 3, maybe. I am thinking of saving and trying to take my son to MSG instead. I just went to the freeboat page to see if there was any info on there so I realize who you are! I wonder how much it would cost to go to MSG. I did the lottery which does no good since I can't bring Q, but I could sell them to offset the cost. Maybe I should have thought about that with my Cuse ticket!

Do you know the seller? I can't imagine those seats aren't gone when on the buy and sell group lots of people are looking for non student. LMK.

Nah I don't know the seller. Yeah, he's asking a lot for those tickets but I bet someone will bite. I have no idea how much MSG tickets would cost (you're going to the BET right?) but the nosebleeds shouldn't be that bad. Good luck, enjoy the game.

Seriously, you are better off going to MSG. Last year after the semi-final game I immediately went on to stubhub because I knew fans of the losing teams would be selling tickets. My friends and I got a set of 5 great seats for $130 each for the finals (that is including whatever convenience or commission fees stubhub charges). I'm sure you'll be able to get lower prices than that for an early round game.

I have two tickets available in hand for this game. Section 114, Row L. Looking to get $215.00 per ticket. No StubHub fees or any of that nonsense. Shoot me a message if you are interested.

I've been to two BET championship games Uconn/Pitt in 04 and Uconn/Ville in 2011 and just took the train out there without tickets in hand and bought the day of the game right outside MSG. For Pitt got tickets for 60 bucks a piece in the 2nd level and for Louisville also got a ticket for about $60. You have to be picky with the sellers as you'll get plenty of offers but unless Cuse is in the championship it's always a relatively easy ticket and you'll easily save $50 on face value

Wow that is crazy they are going for that much. I got 4 seats together up in a corner nose bleed section for 550 for the entire season and now I could (but definitely am not) sell the set to one game for a possible 800? If i had known that I would have bought 16 season seats.

Which XL games are you referring to?

The two seats next to ours at the XL are often on Stub Hub. I've chatted with the people who end up buying these tickets. The top games over the past few years (TN, G-Town, Ark, ND), have gone for close to $200 each and none of those games was as big as playing the Orange on ESPN Gameday.

Supply and demand. Remember, XL seats over 16K, Gampel = 10K.
