I've been thinking about this a lot, and I think Chief may be onto something here. Why shouldn't his brilliant recruiting strategy of just making recruits commit, instead of trying to make them commit, translate over into our games? From this point forward, rather than trying to win every game, I think we should just go ahead and do it. Who's with me? Is there anyone close enough to Coach Ollie to get this message to him? I think this strategy could really save the season.

PS: Bunky rules

You must have Chief on ignore. Which I would do too, but the entertainment value I would miss is just way too high.

I must have missed the original post, but it makes perfect sense. I'm not sure if it was Chief or not, but we also have had people say we should just sign the #1 recruit every year and that we need to dunk the ball on every offensive possession. Now if we just make the #1 recruit commit, not try, and then just dunk all the time... well, that sounds like a Zelda triforce of basketball genius to me.
