I'm still irritated that it's called the "Huskie Blog". He has an interesting take on P and the way he's dealt with some of the kids this year. At the risk of turning this into a thread about thou who we shall not talk about, I find this to be different than years past. http://www.huskieblog.com/2012/08/pasqualonis-patience/
So does Long John Other coaches, perhaps those with an iron fist, would look at Osiecki, Stlouis as perhaps less than 100 percent committed to the team and punish accordingly.
It's definitely been an interesting year with the almost transfers. It shows that he treats the players like adults which they appreciate. even some of the recruits have mentioned a family type atmosphere he portrays which enticed them to commit.
I love the way Coach P has handled the transfers, and potential transfers. With total class and respect for the players. From the fan's persepective he appears to be willing to help them in the process, even the player who was dismissed (the kid from Bristol?); Coach P said he would do what he could to help him transfer to a new school. I don't believe this is just for show, I believe he is genuine, and a true professional, and I have a lot of respect for the way he has gone about managing the off the field aspect of the team. Once the on the field results improve I will gladly embrace the Pasqualista tag.
It's fair to let them take a few days and clear their heads and maybe send out a few feelers. P certainly comes off as decent guy. He's going to be the rare Big East coach is isn't looking to move up in the world though.
Ok, it's been almost four hours since you bitch slapped Edsall and businesslawyer hasn't intervened. He must be dead.
