This past Thursday per Goodman. Illinois, BC, Michigan, Marquette and Cal are also pursuing him.

Averaged 16.8 ppg, 8.5 rebounds on 43% shooting.

Always good to have more depth and seems to be a versatile player who can bang down low and shoot the three (but not all that well... 29%). He could certainly help on the boards as well as help generate more points from the front court.

Hopefully we can bring in another ball handler in for next year to help Jalen, but Ollie has a good track record with using transfers really well as was the case for both RJ and Lasan.

Michigan is going to be hard to beat out. It's a better academic school with lots of PT available. Hope KO sells us well, this is a big battle for him.

They can't sell NC's, DHam-Rodney-Jalen and Kevin Ollie. But the B1G does scare me. Where is he from?

Wow, I want to plug those 8.5 rebounds right into my vein. Would be awesome, but sounds like a war out there for him.

I think he'd be a great fit for the team. If you get in an inexperienced big, they tend to be foul prone and may not be much help next season. This is an experience smart player that I think that can help this team out next season, plus leave open a 2016 ship.

Unless you think we can land one of the available blue chip bigs, then he may be the best solution that's most attainable right now.

UConn is the better basketball school with tons of PT available. Adams, Purvis, Hamilton, Miller, Brimah would be a great starting 5.
Exactly what Ollie needs to get through to Miller. Like Kromah, make a championship out of your last year.

I think it will depend on what he intends to get his post graduate degree in. If we have a strong academic program in that area it would certainly help.
And if Michigan is so full of geniuses, why don't they fix Detroit?

he would be an excellent piece to add to the roster. However he isn't the difference between a good and bad season( making or missing the NCAAs) , one of the three/four best players on the team will need to take a leap (brimah, hamilton, purvis, adams). If miller could equal kromahs output that would be incredible, we don't need him to be some all conference player.

In all honesty, if we are able to land a quality PF/SF this year like Miller, In some ways it would be better than landing Stone. Stone, has good chance to be a one and done.

stop the madness. shonn miller is not nearly the basketball player stone is. Miller can't even shoot threes well, he is a rebounder ( which we need) but so is stone. and stone is also a premier option on the block. And he can hit mid range jumpers. Also miller would only be here one year, the same as stone.

If you add him, another ball handler/distributer and a sharp shooter....all of a sudden we're back in the fold and Kentucky needs to look out. Cause we ain't gonna fold up in the last 2 minutes like UND. We need that front court depth and muscle. The Rak just isn't there yet.

Yeah, but he isn't coming here so, Next. This kid could be sort of that stretch 4, DDaniels was for us. If he improves 3pt%, to about 35 percent and gives us close 8 boards and a blk, per game, what??? That is like just what the dr ordered.
