And...I'm ready to move on. He will be missed but...this opens up an additional scholarship for next season. Where do we stand in terms of availability?

We have 3 scholarships available. Four if Rodney declares.

Players we've been linked to:

CG - CJ Jackson (JUCO); 6-foot, 45% 3-point shooter who originally committed to George Mason. From Charlotte, NC, but went JUCO in Florida. Would come in with 3 years of eligibility, so functionally the same class as Adams, Enoch & Larrier. He was recently here for a visit. Other schools recruiting him are Auburn, Mizzou and New Mexico

SG: Christian Vital (HS); 6-foot-2, scrappy, hard-nosed competitor from Hollis. Has range, but isn't an explosive athlete - generally considered a high 3-star prospect. Can be used as a secondary ball-handler, but not a PG. Decommitted from UNLV, has re-opened recruiting and has offers from Rutgers, BC, VCU, Tulsa, SMU Providence and a few others.

Wing: Katin Reinhardt (Grad); 6-foot-5 40%-ish 3-point shooter who's originally from SoCal. Played his first year at UNLV, then transferred to USC. Averaged 11/4/3 on 44/38/79 splits last season. Alabama, Marquette, VCU, UTEP and Providence also recruiting him.

Wing: Alpha Diallo (HS); 6-foot-7 jack-of-all trades guy who's on the fringes of the top 100, from Denver and prepping at Brewster Academy. Not a high-level athlete, which keeps his stock down, but seems to be a very good basketball player (our own @Ricker loves him). Has visits set up with Providence and Florida in the coming weeks, and they would seem to be our biggest competition.

PF: Taurean Thompson (HS); 6-foot-9 athlete who lacks polish but has the tools to be a high-major contributor, consensus top-100 guy. Originally from Jersey City, now prepping at Brewster. Has offers from Arizona, Kansas, Syracuse, and a host of smaller schools.

Nice summary Matrim thanks.

Would love to get one of Diallo/Reinhardt. One of the guards not sure of preference as they both look like they can shot it which is a major plus although wonder on fig they can create. And why not on Thompson, never enough bigs and like his base model for sure.
