How would you format the cup (s)?

Personally, I would get rid of the League Cup. There is no meaning to it (CL winners=European champions, PL winners=English champions, FA Cup winners=English champions in a different way, League Cup winners=?), it causes unnecessary fixture congestion, there are better ways to play youth players (reserve leagues, loan to lower division clubs or other countries), and only 14 countries out of 54 in UEFA have one (of those 10 are Nordic or English-speaking countries).

For the FA Cup:

1) Scrap replays (TV money can be remedied for smaller clubs by playing matches during more time slots and on more than one or two channels at a time).
2) Enter the 92 clubs in the first four divisions into the Round of 128, to be joined by 36 non-league sides that survive qualifying.

It would be 7 matches to win, instead of the current 6-10 (depending on replays).

Doubt they would get rid of the Football League Cup. It's how The Football League makes it's dough and it's mostly independent of the FA and doesn't involve the semi-pro Conference leagues.

Agree on the FA Cup. Scrap the replays.
