Right now I'm sitting on our front porch. The sky is growling - from indoors it sounds like someone revving their engine (vroom, vroom). But, it's the thunder from a storm that's probably still 20 miles away. It sound quite threatening. geez, this big black cloud just moved in. It's an eerie gey, greenish sky, too. Yikes. Take cover, everyone.
On radar, it's extremely nasty Nan. Hunker down! In fact, this line extends from southern VT to west Texas: remarkable.
It was rather impressive. We live on a ridge of the Hudson River valley - we can usually see storms coming. This one, however, was like a light switch - one second, no storm. The next, storm. Came through here right at 7 - first fifteen minutes were rather dramatic, but the last 45 minute have just been rain and a lil noise.
The storm turned out to be a disppointment after the big build up.We had lots of lightning but other that that, patooey. And it's all over after just a few minutes. Reminds me of a guy I used to be involved with.
Geez, a little lightning storm and she starts gettin' naughty. More storms forecast for this afternoon. Who knows what will come out? I'm assuming the thread title wasn't intended to be . . . well, never mind.
You're all naughty, and in need of spanking. The women's hoops forum. Who'd a thunk. What a strange and exciting place.
